Sinar Mas Land, through Digital Hub, Supports the Success of Indocomtech 2025: Driving Innovation and Smart Technology for a New Era of Digital Transformation

BSD City, October 29, 2025 — With more than 229 million internet users, accounting for over 80% of Indonesia’s population, the country has become the largest digital market in Southeast Asia, with its digital economy projected to reach USD 130 billion by 2025 (Google–Temasek–Bain e-Conomy SEA Report 2024). Recognizing this vast potential, Sinar Mas Land, through its Digital Hub initiative, reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the national technology ecosystem by supporting the success of Indocomtech 2025 — Indonesia’s largest and most prestigious consumer technology exhibition, held on October 23–26, 2025, at Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) BSD City, attracting tens of thousands of visitors.

Entering its 31st year, Indocomtech 2025 carried the theme “Innovating the Future: Smart Technology for the New Era.” Digital Hub’s support underscored Sinar Mas Land’s role as a national catalyst for digital innovation and a driver for future talent development. As Sinar Mas Land’s center of innovation, Digital Hub has evolved into an integrated business ecosystem connecting startups, multinational companies, and players in the technology, healthcare, and education sectors across Indonesia.

At Indocomtech 2025, Digital Hub showcased a wide range of smart technology solutions designed to accelerate Indonesia’s digital transformation. More than an exhibition space, Digital Hub served as a collaborative platform that brought together industry leaders, startups, academics, and the public to explore future technologies — from Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) to cloud computing, fintech, and smart living.

Irawan Harahap, CEO of Digital Tech Ecosystem & Development, Sinar Mas Land, stated, “Our support for Indocomtech 2025 is more than just participation in a tech exhibition — it’s a tangible expression of Digital Hub’s commitment to accelerating Indonesia’s digital transformation. Through cross-sector collaboration, we aim to show that innovation is not just about technology, but about how talent, industry, and ecosystems unite to create a smarter, more competitive, and sustainable future. Digital Hub stands as a bridge connecting a new generation of innovators with Indonesia’s digital transformation journey. We believe the nation’s digital future rests on three key pillars: partnership, innovation, and knowledge sharing — enabling Indonesia to become a global hub for digital innovation and contribute meaningfully to the national digital economy.”

Organized by Yayasan Apkomindo Indonesia (YAI) and supported by NVIDIA Indonesia as AI Technology Partner, Indocomtech 2025 featured a variety of cutting-edge innovations and interactive digital experiences. The event included Brand Launching & Product Showcases, Overclocking Sessions with Alva Jonathan and tech KOLs, E-Sport Competitions, National ICT Olympiad, Cosplay & Idol Performances, Tech Auctions, Community Meet-Ups, Students Day, and Technology Talkshows featuring leading industry experts and digital innovators.

Digital Hub’s involvement marked a strategic move to strengthen cross-sector collaboration, build new business networks, and enhance connectivity among innovators, developers, and technology professionals — all aligned with the Indonesia Digital 2045 vision. Through interactive activities such as AI showcases, live demos, and educational sessions, Digital Hub provided hands-on experiences that encouraged the adoption of smart technologies across industries, from manufacturing and education to smart city development.
