Founder Story
Sirly is a strategic communications advisor with over a decade of experience across Public Relations, corporate communications, and reputation management. She is the Founder and CEO of SWN PR & Advisory, where she partners with leaders, brands, and organizations to craft communications that move hearts and markets — with clarity, discretion, and lasting impact.
Throughout her career, Sirly has advised companies across a diverse portfolio of industries, including technology, startups, capital markets, financial services, automotive, FMCG, luxury brands, property, sports, tourism, gaming, and entertainment. She specializes in high-level strategic communications and crisis management, supporting both corporations and prominent individuals during critical moments.
Sirly has also successfully overseen communication programs for multiple Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), from leading tech companies to the landmark IPO of Bali United (IDX: BOLA) — Southeast Asia’s first football club to go public.
Earlier in her career, she actively contributed to startup and social entrepreneurship ecosystems, collaborating with a wide range of tech and non-tech startups and social enterprises to amplify their impact through strategic communications.
Her areas of expertise include strategic communications, reputation management, media relations, crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, corporate and brand positioning, digital PR, event and project management, public affairs, and public speaking.
Beyond her advisory work, Sirly also contributes to the industry through leadership roles, including serving as Director of Public Relations at the Indonesian Motor Association (IMI), and active involvement in organizations such as the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association Stocks and IPO Division (HIPMI Stocks & IPO) and the Universitas Indonesia Alumni Association (ILUNI UI). She previously served as Chairwoman of Indonesia Young PR Professionals (PERHUMAS Muda).
